The Discovery Programs Governance Plan is a foundational framework that defines the roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority of the Board of Directors, its committees, and its members. By integrating Core Documents (COF, Bylaws, and Vision 2030), Governance and Ethical Policies (Code of Ethics, Policies, and Agreements), and Operational and Strategic Documents (Board, Advisory, and Committee Charters), this plan ensures legal compliance and ethical stewardship.
